A one-off setup fee of £500 (£250 if you start within the offer week), then either a monthly plan from £199 or pay-as-you-go credits — your choice. Every option is the same service; only the price per minute differs.
Only how much call-time is included: Starter £199/mo (150 minutes), Growth £399/mo (400 minutes), Pro £699/mo (800 minutes). Same dedicated number, same features — bigger plans just include more minutes at a lower per-minute rate (Growth works out ~33% cheaper per minute than pay-as-you-go, Pro ~42%).
No subscription at all. You buy call-time credits when you want them — from £90 for 60 minutes (about £1.50 a minute) — and top up from your dashboard. Credits stay valid for 12 months. The one-off setup fee still applies.
On a monthly plan, unused minutes roll over to the next month — you can bank up to a full month's worth, so nothing's wasted. Pay-as-you-go credits last 12 months.
Your calls keep being answered — we never drop a real customer. Anything beyond your plan is billed at £1 a minute, and we alert you before you run low so you can top up. You can add a credit pack any time from your dashboard.
No. Monthly plans have no lock-in — cancel any time from your dashboard and you keep the service until the end of the period you've paid for. Pay-as-you-go has nothing to cancel.
Two. We get you live within 5 working days or your setup fee is refunded; and if the service isn't answering and logging your calls in the first 30 days, we refund your setup. The 30-day guarantee covers the service working — not whether a given month brings you business.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — any applicable VAT is shown there before you confirm.
Yes. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and you can listen to and download any call from your dashboard — handy for getting details right and for quality. Callers are told at the start of the call that it's recorded.
You do. Your leads and call data are always yours. If you ever leave, you can export them and we delete our copies on request.
Yes. Call data is stored securely in the EU and handled under UK GDPR. We act as your data processor — you're the controller of your callers' information — and that's set out in the agreement you accept at checkout. See our Privacy Policy and Call Recording page for the detail.
The assistant does it for you — every line opens by letting the caller know the call is recorded, which is what the law expects. There's a plain-English Call Recording page you can point people to as well.
You can export your leads and call history, and we delete your data from our systems on request after you leave, keeping only what we're legally required to (such as billing records).
